A Lean Manufacturing Engineer is a qualified professional having expertise in Manufacturing processes and working knowledge in Lean Manufacturing techniques. A Lean Manufacturing Engineer would be able to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts to his company's production processes to generate cost-savings for the company and increase its customer satisfaction levels.

What are a Lean Manufacturing Engineer's key role areas?

  • The Lean Manufacturing Engineer develops and applies advanced engineering theories. He should be able to apply research techniques to complete the investigation of complex technical problems. He should also ensure that apart from investigating on a technical problem, he solves the issue on hand.
